Open Houses & Regions Entering Stage 3
For regions entering stage 3, the Province has lifted the prohibition on real estate professionals hosting open houses.
Real estate professionals may begin hosting open houses provided that they adhere to the Province’s indoor gathering limits of a maximum of 50 people. In all cases, individuals are required to continue to maintain physical distancing with people outside their households or social circles.
